Our premier Tacoma Waterfront restaurant is looking for a few positions to fill. Only experienced applicants will be considered. All positions have the ability to advance farther into our company.

Banquet Chef  Full time position. Must be able to produce for parties from 20 to 200 people. A fast moving environment with attention to detail. This is a 55 hour work week. This position also offers the Chef to be creative by coming up with weekly themed dishes for our award winning brunch.
A.M. & P.M. Line Cooks  Full time position. We are looking for 2 morning and 2 night shift cooks with experience.  You must be able to work a fast-paced environment.
Pastry Chef  Show off your talents with creating and experimenting with new idea and innovations. This position allows the Pastry Chef to come up with new desserts and showcasing them in our display case. You will also be involved with our Award Winning brunch where your talents and creativity is seen and awed by hundreds of guests. 
Catering/Banquet Cook  Culinary experience in required with catering/banquet experience being a plus. Must also have a valid driving license, able to lift 75 pounds and have an open schedule. Experience in loading and unloading a catering truck. Presentable and courteous towards our guest with the willingness to go above and beyond your given tasks.
