C.I. Shenanigan's Banquet Information

Thank you for inquiring about our banquet facilities and service possibilities for the event you are planning. The following is a sample of the menus that we offer and specifics pertaining to the facilities. Please keep in mind that this is just an outline of what we can provide and that we are fully capable of accommodating you. I do hope this information is adequate and that I have provided you everything you need. Our banquet facilities can host parties as small as 13 and as large as 200.

Banquet Facility Specifications

Located on Tacoma’s historic Ruston Way, C.I. Shenanigans has banquet accommodations for every size. We feature fine dining in a casual yet elegant setting. Call us today at 253-752-8899 and our friendly staff will be happy to host your special event.

Executive Boardroom

Located on the main floor just off the lobby, our Executive Boardroom features a large executive table with executive chairs for seating up to 22 guests. Separate the table and the room can accommodate up to 35 guests. This spacious and private room is perfect for your rehearsal dinner, small party or board meeting. Flexibility in ordering from dining room menu or a pre-ordered banquet menu. Available for breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails or Sunday brunch.

$75 room rental charge (3 hours)
Credit Card and signed agreement required to confirm reservation
$350 minimum food/beverage sales required (Lunch)
$500 minimum food/beverage sales required (Dinner)

Rainier Room

With views of Mt. Rainier and Commencement Bay, the Rainier Room has seating for up to 65 guests. This room is a great setting for your private party, rehearsal dinner or business meeting. Menus need to be pre-arranged and pre-ordered.

$75 room rental charge (3 hours)

$450 minimum food/beverage sales required (Lunch)
$700 minimum food/beverage sales required (Dinner)
$45 bar set up fee with alcoholic beverage service

Olympic Room

Spectacular views of Commencement Bay and the Olympic Mountains and provides seating for up to 90 guests. Spacious and elegant, it is perfect for small receptions, rehearsal dinners or business gatherings. Menus need to be pre-arranged and pre-ordered.

Ballroom

Our Ballroom is ideal for mid-size receptions, company training events or family gatherings & accommodates up to 200 guests. Menus need to be pre-arranged and pre-ordered.

All Day Event Package

Offered 7am - 5pm | This package is designed to accommodate our guests in need of a quiet and comfortable, private meeting area. All food costs, beverage fees and room rental are included. AV equipment prices are available on request and need to be ordered a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event date.
